Big plans are underway for the 17th Annual Sandpiper Festival this year! This event will be bigger than ever before as we will also be welcoming a number of dignitaries to our little Village for the Regional New Brunswick Day Celebration! Click here to view the full schedule of events.
Check out this new event, an exhibition of fine art, that the Dorchester Artist Society is putting together, Sandpiper Art Exhibit 2017. Click here for the registration form if you would like to participate. There will also be FREE admission to a Fibre Arts Display at 4 Church St., on Saturday, July 29th, from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Sunday, July 30th, from 10:30am to 5:00pm. You can also take a stroll over to the Dorchester Veteran’s Community Center on Sunday, July 30th, at 2:00 pm, where there will be a special Tea and Talk, with our local historian, Cheryl Feindel. The cost is $10 for the tea and presentation, and there will be door prizes! Be sure to attend the Sandpiper Breakfast from 7:30am to 10:30am and the Heritage Fair from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, both on Saturday, July 29th at the Keillor House Museum.
We are in need of volunteers for this festival, so if you would like to help out with any events, please contact the Village Office at 379-3030.
